Clockify is the tool we use to track how much time we spend on projects. Using it is mandatory.

Work Learns and Volunteers:

As a student worker or volunteer, you must track your EML project hours using Clockify so that we know what sort of tasks you've been working on: Project meetings? Programming? User testing? This lets us predict how much time tasks will take in future, so next semester, we can better estimate how long a project will take.

If you have not been using Clockify and there are hours you haven't entered from previous days, please update Clockify immediately. If you don't remember the exact number of hours you worked, enter the hours as best you can recall.

Make sure you ask for help on Clockify if you're not sure you're entering time in the right spot or category, or if you don't have access to add hours to your specific project. Tell a staff member if you're having trouble accessing Clockify, and make sure you tell them the email address attached to your Clockify account.

Work Learns only:

Do not to log your non-project hours in Clockify. (You do enter all hours, project and non-project, in Workday in order to be paid. Find out more about how we use Clockify on our Confluence page here.
