In 2010-2011, STAT 450 (John Petkau and Eugenia Yu) partnered with POLI 423A (Chris Kam) to create an optional joint assignment. students in POLI 423A are required to write a term paper for which students need to apply statistical methodologies to a political science problem. One of the students in POLI 423A participated in the MIX option where the STAT student offered statistical consulting to the POLI student.
