You can reuse your previously created forms or use them as a starting template for a new one.

The resource will show you:

  • Best practices
  • How to load previous forms
  • How to edit the form

Best practice

  • Add date stamps to your form titles so you know when you used a specific form.
  • Click save often.
  • Check the Mine Only box or use the Search bar to filter the Question Bank.

Load previous forms

  1. Click Load Form (Form Builder Load Form Icon.png).
    Note: You will be asked to save or discard the current form you are working on if you have not saved any recent changes.
  2. In the Forms window, choose from the following tabs:
    • My Forms: Lists all the forms you created.
    • All Forms: Lists all the forms created by all Form Builder users.
  3. Click the name of the form you want to reuse.
    Reload a form by clicking on its name in the Form window.

Edit the form

Edit text

Click on any text field (e.g. title, header, footer, question text, response text) to change them.

Highlight text in order to use the inline editor.

Rearrange questions

  1. Hover your cursor over the question you want to move.
  2. Aboce the question, click and hold the Move button (Form Builder Move Icon.png).
  3. Drag the question to the desired position.
    Note: A yellow bar appears when a question is moved. This is where the question will be placed.
    Use the Move button to rearrange questions.

Remove questions

  1. Hover your cursor over the question you want to remove.
  2. Above the question, click the Remove button (Form Builder Remove Icon.png).
