Creating Groups
In order to complete group projects, WebCT Vista's "Group Manager" tool automatically generates your lists, allows students to sign up on a list, or allows you to manually split your students into groups.
- Have your students work on a research topic or presentation as a group, even from a distance.
- Put your students into "discussion groups" to discuss specific topics.
- Sign-up Sheets: Once a student has put their name on a sign-up sheet, they cannot remove themselves if they change their mind. The instrutor will need to manually remove the student from the list before they can sign-up on a new topic.
- Sign-up Sheets on Homepage: Sign-up sheets can only be placed on the homepage. They cannot be included in a learning module.
