Cut and Paste From Word

Cutting and pasting from MS Word, which worked well in WebCT Vista, can cause significant problems in Connect in most areas, e.g., course content, discussions, or quizzes.

To avoid issues, copy and paste your MS Word document into a text editor such as Text Edit or Note Pad. Then copy and paste that text into the appropriate area in Connect. This issue may be resolved with a new Building Block that allows for a clean 'cut and paste' experience.
