In 2010-2011, History 104 (Carla Paterson) and Science One Biology (Celeste Leander) entered a second year of partnership that integrated UBC MIX activities directly into the curricula by focusing on a joint group research project concerning native trees around campus. Carla and Celeste undertake joint lectures and film viewings. New this year was a shared course reading: There’s a Hair in my Dirt! by Gary Larson. Approximately, 120 students shared in these experiences.
