Sandra Brown is a lecturer in Applied Biology in the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. She is a geographer, with expertise in soil and water resources, and a specific focus on international development. Sandra's teaches courses in soil science and watershed management. Her disciplinary research interests include characterization of soil–water properties of Andean soils, developing indicators for water quantity and access to water resources.
