My name is Samantha Rhodes, and I am a fifth year student studying conservation at UBC. One of my goals this semester is to enrich my understanding of environmental science by learning more about marine systems, where my previous studies in Forestry centered on those that are terrestrial. I am passionate about the connection between these worlds and people, as well as learning, climate change, and salmonids.
