I am a 4th year co-op student working as a Learning Technology Assistant for the 2012-2013 fall and winter terms. My responsibilities include (generally):

  • Write, edit, and produce how-to screencasts and documentation for Blackboard Learning project
  • Liaising between CTLT staff and IT staff regarding issues with website functionality
  • CLC help desk duty
  • Other administrative duties
