I am an Emergency Physician in Cranbrook British Columbia. I have been involved with working on wikis for more than a decade with most of my efforts having been dedicated to Wikipedia were I go by Doc James.

I am also involved with running the wiki MDWiki]. And lead a team of programmers working to improve the MediaWiki software.
