Hey everyone, I'm Aidan Morton Ninomiya. I was born and raised on Beothuk land until the age of 12. For middle and high school, I moved to Traditional Lands of Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Chinoten (Neutral) Peoples. I currently live on Musqueam land with all of you! I study microbiology and oceanography and I love doing triathlons. Ethnically, I'm a mix of a few Northern/Central European nations (English, Scottish, Irish, Swiss) and 1/4 Japanese. I also currently work at the Tseng Lab doing work on mealworms that may be able to consume plastic and other insect ecology in general.
