One route you could also take is through sport, elite sports are results driven. Each generation of new athletes is pushing themselves to new limits, to reach new heights and eclipse records set by their predecessors, I feel like now more then ever mental health and behaviour have been affect because of these result and the fact that coaches are still old school as ever. Just a thought!
