Citations and new section.

This is an exceptional style of writing, easy to understand and follow. I personally did not know anything about Big Pharma and it is very helpful to find the connection of this issue with Depression.

I would like to see more citations (even if you repeat the same articles) since there seems to be places where you argument from the same author clearly, but having a reminder of the source would be helpful. Additionally I think that having a section about activism born out of the medicalization of depression would be nice to see. I know there is more sensitivity about this issue in recent years, so hopefully you can complete your great work with this suggestions.
