I would be interested to see how this issue interplays lack of accessibility to healthcare. i.e. what are experiences like for intersex children who do not have regular access to healthcare, or whose families don't have funds for surgery?

You bring up a really interesting perspective to consider that is definitely in line with our course. I felt that delving into this branch would have diverged from my main topic, so I did not include this information in the end. However, if I had more space I would be curious to explore how social class, race, and other factors might play into this issue as well!
