This is a really great start to your wiki page! I would suggest elaborating further on the "other" types of eating disorders, as I think some of them can be quite common (ie. orthorexia).

Similarly to what the other commenter mentioned, elaborating further on treatment options. Although there is no "cure" for eating disorders (meaning you can't just get a pill to relieve the disease), it is treatable through rehab programs and hospitalization programs. Maybe mentioning that and elaborating would be perfect.

In addition, add citations to your definitions of some common eating disorders. This will provide readers resources if they want to look into that information further on their own, rather than just having a short description and summary.

Overall, I really like your headings and organization of the page! It makes it very easy to follow and I think it has great information on it so far.
