Interesting content but I think you are missing some references? Perhaps you just haven't added them yet but I noticed there is only one on your page. Not only are basic references but I also think it would be a good way of providing additional resources for people to look at and gain more information if they're interested in the topic. It would probably also be helpful to explore the historical context of this issue as it is a phenomena that has a very long historical narrative which would be interesting to explore and I think would give more context to the contemporary situation that we currently face- maybe explore the role of women in the workforce historically? This has a large part to play in this dynamic.
