WOW, thank you for this cross-cultural perspective. I wasn't aware of the contemporary Menstruation politics in India at all. First of all, I really loved the way you divided your topics. It was very easy to read (I am now going to edit my Wiki lol). The content was also very concise and consumable for all. I too, am shocked by the 'Blood Tax' as it seems more of an inconvenience to even create the Tax in the first place. I definitely can relate to this irrational idea that a period is "impure" in western society, but now that I am older I have learned it is a biological cleansing process. So, maybe the opposite of impure? Thanks for the great read!
