Comments on Menstruation: Perspectives In India

Hi,

First of all, through I was reading your wiki page, I was very shocked. The fact that Menstruation is portrayed as "impure" although it is natural cycle that human cannot choose or deny. Since I am Atheism, it was interesting reading background information of menstruation as each kind of religion. I was also furious and sad at the same time when I realize there were thing such as "blood tax" which is meaning of 12% of tax occurring at sanitary pads. I was relief when it stated that at 2018, GST have been scrapped, however I was also wondering at the same time what is meaning that is scrapped? Through what process and from who? I think it would better to elaborate about the 'scrapped' part for better understanding towards readers.
