Unclear solution

For MATH152/April 2016/Question B 02 (a), the solution is unclear. Perhaps state that we can first write the system as (for example)

w + 0x + 0y + z = 4

0w + x + 0y + z = 34

with 0's added and note that the variables correspond to the columns before writing out the answer.
