Template

Should we include a link to the template page to create new pages here (or on the main page or both) or should contributors not create brand new pages? I have a note about copying from the template page on here that I will remove if we don't give access. If we give access, we should probably also include a note on adding it to the side bar or that they should contact Professor Beswick to have it added or something
