I couldn't find a source for the idea that the theoretical foundation of harassment was IIMS. All I could find that was even sort of related was how the ONCA rejected the tort because it was too similar to IIMS. (I also checked in the textbooks that had been cited on this page & the privacy page to see if it came from there and I couldn't find it).

I just deleted that section for now.
