GP Notes

I added the section distinguishing between denials, incapacity claims, excuses, and justifications (basically §6.1 of the casebook) because, although some of the other pages briefly touch on the distinctions (namely the denials & excuses pages), I think it might be useful to have the distinction set out more explicitly.

On this point, is there a reason we don't have a page on incapacity claims? I assume it would be a very short page, but I wasn't sure if it was something worth adding.
