• Moved this page around a lot (I found it sort of overwhelming before)
• Removed a few "in the news" sections because there was no underlying case that I could find
• I'm having a hard time finding a case about mistake vitiating consent (I looked at the one from the slides, but it found the mistake was not the defendant's fault, unless I am misunderstanding)
• Unclear about if privacy really fits with public policy
• unsure about the relevance of ex turpi causa to consent?
• is there a case reference for the UFC stuff? (I found it in the class notes, but no citation)
