First try

I've just put up a first stab at this page. The main idea is to contextualize many of the links we have in a sort of conversational tone.

It would be great if we could have some specific links pop in here (for example, under take a workshop, have something where 3-4 of the next workshops on the calendar are posted. Maybe for resources have something that says "here are some of the resources people have recently looked for on our site" and populate the list with 3-4 of the last successful search terms or keywords under resources, etc).

I like your idea Joe and I like the tone on this page. I worry about the "contact us" part where someone has to look through our profiles and try to figure out who to call. Maybe it would work just fine, or not. Perhaps it is too early to tell. One thing we ran into at TAG is that a person would contact multiple people (ie you, Jan, Judy) and none of you knew that each other had been contacted, but each responded. I think we need to avoid this type of situation.
