For the next meeting

For the next meeting

Here's my sense of what we agreed to do for the next meeting (in order of priority):

1. Go to the sandbox and brainstorm ideas for what we want to know about — why participants come to our programs and what they take away from them. These ideas can be in the form of possible questions or ideas that we could craft into question format.

Aim: 1-2 questions that could be included on all TLPD/CTLT evaluation forms that will address Michelle's questions. We're aiming to propose these questions (or maybe, depending on the time we have available, a list of questions from which the group can vote on 1-2 to all use) at the Feb 14 TLPD-all team meeting.

2. Go to the sandbox and brainstorm ideas for what we want to know about participants' reactions and immediate reflections associated with the 6 draft TLPD objectives. These ideas can be in the form of possible questions or ideas that we could craft into question format. We might include current questions that seem to address the objectives.

Aim: Consistent question(s) that program/workshop/event leads would use when their event is targeting a particular objective. We recognize that the 6 draft TLPD objectives are drafts, but they can at least provide us with a place to start.
