Copyright and CC licensing--two separate sections?

Putting a question here so I will try to remember to ask it during an upcoming meeting...

On the diagram for the program, it says that there is a required module on copyright, and then a module within the Open Education pathway on CC licenses. I think Rie and I were working on the CC license part under the open edu pathway.

But right now on this page I think we don't have the CC license module under open education; we just have one section for "copyright and licensing," and Rie and I have been putting ideas for our section there.

The question is: should we create a new section on this doc for the CC license module under the Open Edu pathway, and leave the required copyright section for others to fill in? I can't remember who is working on that section!

Notes from April 16 meeting: The required synchronous Copyright and licensing session would be more high level, what copyright is, what open licenses are, how the two work together, etc. Then the CC section of Open Edu would be more specific to what licenses mean, how they operate in the edu context, and the like.
