For the section on the differences between fair dealing and CC, I suggest you are a bit more explicit about the differences. FD is an exception to copyright (and therefore done without permission from the creator) while CC licenses are agreements you enter into with a creator, providing you advanced permission to make certain uses of the work.

For NC is it worth clarifying that tuition-based courses can still be NC ( I get that question occasionally). Perhaps highlighting that the use is what dictates the NC/C not the user.

It might be worth noting the difference between attribution and citation (another question I get a lot).
