Amaryllidaceae relationships

The plastid tree has a moderately strong conflict with the two other trees. The plastid tree shows Allium and Agapanthus as sister groups (75% support). In contrast, the ASTRAL and concatenated trees both show Agapanthus as the sister group of all the remaining Amaryllidaceae. The former result is typical of most other phylogenetic studies, summarized by Peter Steven's APWeb site for Asparagales (http://www.mobot.org/MOBOT/research/APweb/).

Can we add a short discussion on this?
