Make this into a record of our Pro-D Day

Right now, this page mainly contains a "dump" of most of the stuff from the workspaces (except stuff that will obviously go elsewhere, including the facilitation techniques you generated during the wiki session, which will get their own pages.) Please feel free to edit, combine, refine, add to, and take away from what is up here. Include your thoughts and observations, things that you noticed that didn't get recorded on the workspaces, etc.

Try editing this to get it to a point where someone who hadn't attended the session might get a clear idea and be able to share in some of the insights and ideas that we generated that day.
