The introductory paragraph to our thesis formatting page

The introductory paragraph on thesis formatting has a sentence that reads: "Please note that these resources are provided for your convenience, however, the Research Commons in unable to provide technical support for thesis formatting support." Are we really unable to provide technical support for thesis formatting? I kind of thought that's what we were doing with the workshops and with our appointments (when we have any). Or is that a holdover from the Learning Commons website?
