Topics in political institution reform

In response to Riley's point about the prostitution ruling being from an Ontario Court, I think that it doesn't really matter which Court's decision we use. We could easily come up with an example of judicial activism in a ruling from the Supreme Court of Canada.

Also, I feel strongly that we should scrap the questions on electoral reform. The STV has already been put through the ultimate survey - a referendum - and was voted down. I sort of feel that the voters of BC have spoken on this issue...
