MAT table

It seems there is a lot of email about the MAT table. I could only duplicate it so that it still appears in the proper area, but it also appears in the references. IMO, this is the best we can do for now, without some major troubleshooting, and it is really too late to be making these kinds of errors which cause major changes, which is why I recommended final edits to be done Sunday evening.
