Well defined expectations, good :) Just out of curiosity - and might help you in writing out requirements - is this a bot that will pretend to be a human (like ELIZA)? Or will it assert that it is an intelligent bot? Sometimes the latter could really help managing user expectations and consequently improve user experience.
