hi, I was just looking at this and thought you might be interested, looks like Suzanne Legault just released several recommendations on how to improve Canada's ATI act: http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/suzanne-legault-wants-to-subject-ministers-to-atip-requests-1.3016084 Might be a good idea to include some of her criticisms of the current legislation.
