Usage
{{Str repc|<string>|<find>|<replacewith>}}
Returns <string> with the first occurrence of <find> replaced with <replacewith> if there is one.
Limitations
Caveat emptor.
For a faster version that requires there to be a match see {{str rep}}.
50 char strings. Limited set of characters,perhaps
