Usage:

| manual = reference in APA manual, for example (p. 200 #6 & p. 171 sec. 6.05)
| citation = full citation example, italics needed
| intext = Optional, if you want to change the "Citation in text:", such as changing it to "First and subsequent citations in text:"
| intextcite = in text citation example including brackets, such as (Bottorff et al., 2009)
| note = *Optional note (make sure to include *)
