Hi! I think this is a really interesting topic and super relevant given the current climate surrounding immigration and refugees. You do an excellent job at outlining the Safe Third Country Agreement, and provide interesting contexts to why this may not work all of the time. Additionally, I enjoyed how you gave specific examples of how the laws in Canada and the United States don't necessarily match up. In order to make this post slightly more informative, I would think about including how some of the refugees who crossed over the border since Trump's election have been affected in Canada. For example, how is Canada responding? Have refugees claims been successful? What is the response in border towns that have observed such an increase?
