You might want to figure out how to insert your citations and references soon. If I were you, I would make 'how it spreads' its own heading and maybe expand on that and preventative measures.

I feel like you could have expanded a lot more if you hadn't limited yourself to only HIV/AIDS in Vancouver, but maybe Canada or even North America. You could also talk about why the vulnerable population is vulnerable or how they developed drugs that they inflated prices up for so nobody could get it.
