This is an interesting topic, and I look forward to learning more when you are finished. I would caution you about switching between statistics from two different countries as you seem to do for India and the United States. Since laws and social practices are very different between these two countries I think it is important to make distinctions when you are talking about sterilization in each. Make sure that you are not giving statistics as worldwide realities when they really only apply to certain areas.

I enjoyed reading your page and your use of bolded words (Something I will look to incorporate in my page). However, may I suggest the use of graphs and tables in representing the statistics, and to format your references so that they are all alike: As three references are under dashes, whereas others are under footnotes.
