Good starting off your topic. I like your idea that you will utilize gender-based analysis allowing intersectional approaches to observe what women in migration confront, but I understand what you are trying to explain government policy (colonial practice and immigration policy) shaped the image and arose discrimination against a group of people with color. However, it is little bit confusing that you mentioned residential schools about indigenous people at beginning. I will suggest that it is necessary to narrow down the topic and bring some date to demonstrate difficulties women in migration face. Overall, I really like your angle to approach this topic.

Good luck

Hello,

Great job on your page so far.I liked how you took an intersectional perspective from the very beginning. I also like how you gave introduction and the meaning of migration, but my suggestion to you would be that because of the word limit, focus more on the topic. Also, for your title I think having a more specific one would be better, because this one is just a bit broad ( for example a specific challenge immigrant women face). My suggestion to you would be to be more specific and also have some references for your introduction part if you can.

Goodluck!
