Hi!
I enjoyed your wiki page and i am intrigued by your topic of disney princesses attached to feminism. The idea of the modern day princesses as being stronger and more confident shows a large step for feminists everywhere, that a princess doesn't need someone to save her from a castle in every story. Your pictures were a nice visual of the more modern fairytales. I thought that maybe you could have changed up the formatting and went with a table of contents with links that lead to each header. That would have made it easier to jump back and forth between topics. Especially the subtopics that you have outlined. The use of more references and some peer reviewed sources could have been helpful as well in the validity of your wiki page. I'm sure there are a couple scholarly articles out there that highlight the feminist ideas around princesses as they have been around for a while. Using peer-reviewed articles just ensures accuracy because online articles could have been written by anyone. Other than that I thought you did a good job creating this wiki page. Even with my advice with formatting, your formatting is neat and easy to read, it just would have been nice to be able to jump to a certain topic!
Overall I wanted to read your article because title popped out to me. It's nice when you can find modern day issues in classics like fairytales you used to watch as a kid.
Hello! I agree with Julia. This wiki page is creative and introduces such an engaging topic. I noticed your manual Table of Contents so I formatted your page accordingly. I too would suggest some more peer-reviewed sources as they can help connect our Wiki pages to other works, to a bigger picture. Here are links to some excellent resources including papers, a book and a forum. They can all be accessed using your CWL login and the UBC Library Online system.
