Interesting page! I think you did a really good job with the headings and the addition of photos- my only formatting suggestion would be to look at the spacing between the different sections. In several places there are very large gaps, that just look like you hit enter too many times, so if you close those gaps I think it would be more visually appealing to look at. Also the heading "Outstanding Career Women in Hong Kong" is formatted to the right whereas every other heading is to the left so I would recommend changing that to be uniform.
