Spicy and Sweet Mixed Nuts
This savory nut snacks are a great party food, goes well with cocktails.

Ingredients
1 lb approximately mixed UNSALTED nuts any kind you like, or use only cashews or pecans if you want
2 Tablespoons chopped Rosemary
1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (more or less depending on the amount of heat you like)
1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons of salt
1 Tablespoon of melted butter
Directions
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients except the nuts and set aside.
Preheat Oven to about 325F and place nuts on a baking sheet (ungreased) and bake for about 5 or 10 minutes until nuts are warmed….when you can just smell them, they are ready….watch that they don’t burn.
Toss the warmed up nuts into the large bowl with the rest of the ingredients until well combined.
I have heard that this works well with Thyme instead of Rosemary.
