What is Summon?

Summon is a search engine that provides a single starting point to find and access the majority of the UBC Library collections. It's the best tool for finding books in the UBC Library collection.

Summon can be found in the search box on the library website under the default "General" tab.

Summon contains articles, books, ebooks, journals, digital collections, and much more.
