Room Rental Contract

IKBLC is pleased to welcome a diverse range of users to the Learning Centre and to provide rooms for a variety of purposes. In order to ensure IKBLC rooms are maintained in the best possible condition so as to assure their availability for future use and also to facilitate clear communication on responsibilities, IKBLC requires that all people or departments using a space for an event in the Learning Centre agree to a room booking contract and some general use guidelines. The contract identifies the renter's responsibilities with regard to care for the space, as well as identifies any associated rental or use fees. The contract must be signed by the renter and received by IKBLC Administration staff in advance of the room use. A copy of the contract will be included in an email once your booking is approved.
