Xerox Accounting Setup for Windows

In order to print to the copier you need to enable Xerox Standard Accounting.

Under the Windows Start button, select Devices and Printers. In the next dialog box, right click on the copier and click on "Printer Properties".

Go to the Configuration tab and click on the Accounting button near the bottom.

In the next dialog, select 'Xerox Standard Accounting/Auditron'. Have the driver set to "Always Prompt" so that you will see the dialog box with your copy code at each print.

Fill in the Default User ID field with your LFS copy code. The Default Account ID can be left as is.

Save these settings and you are now setup for printing to the copiers.
