Auto Archive
This feature in Outlook will prevent you from receiving mailbox almost full messages from FASmail.
When setup, it will automatically archive mail items older than a specified date and move them from the email server to a local database file. We recommend that faculty and staff use the home drive service provided by UBCIT as the storage location for this database file.
