If you are trying to print a document from a website or the UBC Learning Management System (Connect or Vista), it is best to SAVE the document to the S:\ scratch drive on the LFS lab computers.

If the document is automatically opened by the browser, you can save the document using the File menu followed by Save As.

Printing from the automatically opened document via the web browser tends to fail. This will cause the print queue to enter a paused state and fill up with jobs. No one will be able to print till the printer is reset.
