Pocket A1C - converts blood glucose to A1c
MedCalc - the best overall medical calculator app in my opinion - I'm biased though as I know the developer
Epocrates

MY OWN APPS - so take my recommendations with a grain of salt
KidneyCalc - it shows you how to make dosing recommendations for 100s of drugs in patients with renal dysfunction
MyStudies - iPad and web-based - gives access to all the data from the top landmark studies from the last 30 or so years
