The assessment piece is tricky because who are we assessing--they are assessing their students. We are evaluating the effectiveness of the learning technology and the process of implementation.

One area we could add is how we assess our training sessions.I am sure we will do informal assessments during each training session, by observing the participants completing the assigned tasks and achieving the learning objectives. We will also informally assess the technology selection session observing and discussing the extent the participants can use the SECTIONS model
